Oh! My! God! I have never, NEVER had a sub-nine average on anything! WTF??!!?! I just ran an 8:55 with all negative splits. SHUT UP!!! Wow. I'm just in shock. And it felt GREAT! I do have to always giggle about the elevation on this compared to other people's. My measly 20 feet above sea level. And in New Orleans it's closer to 0' or even below in some places. HA! I know Tater can relate! Perforance

That is awesome. High five, homegirl!!!!
Way to go! What a better way to get your spirits up for the Marathon. Keep up the great runs! Be sure to relax also
HOLY COW!! Awesome splits! Congratulations!
As for the camera, I have a Sony cyber-shot (about three years old) that I carry on my run belt with a little canon pouch that my hubby gave me from one of his old cameras. I have yet to find a belt pouch that is as easy to get the camera in and out of. I will post a picture of my set up sometime soon.
I have to admit I carry a lot of shit with me when I run and people often comment, but f*&% 'em I am having fun!
Great job again!!

Oh NO. I am SOO sorry about poor Winton! It just breaks your heart to lose a beloved pet. They become such a member of the family that there is a huge hole in your heart when they leave. I know that there is a special place in Heaven for pets because they reward us so much with their unquestionable love. From another pet lover, I'm sending you my deepest sympathies and lots and lots and lots of hugs.
Thanks so much for stopping by and for the words of encouragement! Let's hear it for the sea level folks. Ha!
